Turn off a form on a Navigator website

This tutorial explains how to turn off a form on a GPsurgery.net website. You can move through the tutorial at your own pace using the NEXT button.

  1. 1. Ensure you are logged in to your website. The black admin toolbar and orange Navigator toolbar should be visible at the top of your screen.

  2. 2. Select your practice's name in the black admin toolbar.

  3. 3. You are now in your website Dashboard. Select Site Setup.

  4. 4. You are now in the Site Setup section of the dashboard. Find the name of the page on which you would like to turn off a form in the list. Hover your mouse over the page name and select Change page setup.

  5. 5. You will now be able to see the page, and the form you would like to turn off.

  6. 6. In the orange Navigator toolbar, uncheck the Show [name of form] box. Wait until the tick disappears from the box, and the form is no longer visible on the page.

  7. 7. The form will no longer be visible on your website. In Site setup, you should see a red X in the Show form column next to the form you have turned off.
