Qgiv Registration | HopeFest 2022

Guests should arrive at the registration page. But if they arrive at any other page on the event hub, the register link will be at the top navigation menu.

Select "Register"

Guests can purchase general admission, a table, or a sponsor package.

Select the number and type of tickets desired

(Optional) You may add a donation to your purchase.

Your running total can be found on the right side under "Order Summary" — please ensure the number of items are correct before proceeding

Once complete, click continue to move on to the next step

This includes the purchaser's name, address, and contact information.

Enter the Ticket Buyer Information in the fields provided

The following section will cover Ticket Details

Note: The header will reflect the ticket type you chose on the first page. For instance, if you chose "Table" or "Gold Supporter" the header would say "#1 • Table" or "#1 • Gold Supporter."

Your ticket information can be found under the General Admission header

If you are purchasing a ticket or tickets on behalf of someone else, uncheck this box and enter the information for the ticket holder.

The first ticket is always designated as your (the purchaser's) ticket

Select your meal preference and note and dietary restrictions

Note: The meal preferences on all additional tickets will be specific to each additional guest.

For additional tickets, select "Invite a Guest" to add attendees other than yourself

If you provide emails for all additional guests, they will also receive an email notification with their ticket information. At this time, they can add their own details if desired.

Complete all additional fields that appear once "Invite a Guest" is selected

Once all fields are complete, click on "Continue" to proceed to payment information

Ensure that your name, address, and contact information are accurate.

Review your personal information

You can also choose to save your payment information once it is entered. This will be necessary for anyone who wants to participate in the auction, raffle, bourbon tasting, and any other paid event feature.

Enter Payment Information

When you cover payment processing fees, 100% of your purchase goes directly to HavenHouse St. Louis.

(Optional) Opt-in to cover payment processing fees

You will also receive a confirmation email containing your payment information as well as a code to access the even via the Givi app. Save this email for future reference. That's it. You're registered for HopeFest! 😀
