Click on the candidate's name

(If you don't already have the case opened.)

Click on Case Details

The ② next to the name of the tab tells you that you have 2 required items to complete.

(One of these—the voting form—must be completed by all members of the committee. The other—the letter upload—need only be completed by the committee chair.)

Click on Add next to College Committee Summary Letter

Click on Browse To Upload

(or drag and drop)

Select a file from upload menu

Select Promotion and Tenure Committee Documents

Important: Under Section, choose "Promotion and Tenure Committee Documents." This will ensure that the document is stored in the correct section of the case.
