Update Organisation YTD Figures

1. 1. Click on Organisations

   

2. 2. Click on View

   

3. 3. Click on Organisation Imports

   

4. 4. Click on YTD Figures

   

5. 5. Check "Download all YTD figures for organisation (imported data only)?

   

6. 6. Click on DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE

   

7. 7. Open the template and add the required data to columns U and/or V, once completed save and close your document.

   

8. 8. Head back to Ocerli organisations > view to open your organisation > organisation imports > Check "Replace (WARNING: this will delete all existing YTD data) YTD figures with populated file?" > click Process Populated File > Select your file.

   

9. 9. Check through your data thoroughly.

   

10. 10. Click on APPLY SELECTED ITEMS
