1. Open beni.enspace.io in your browser and sign in with your ENSPACE credentials. The Beni app is a screen dedicated to the conversation, outside ENSPACE, and needs no installation.
2. Next, click the workspace selector in the top left corner.
3. Choose the workspace you want to work in. Every workspace you take part in appears in this list, and Beni starts answering and acting within the one you choose, respecting your permissions.
4. The chat screen opens. The message field sits in the center, with question suggestions and the workspace categories just below it, and the conversation history on the left.
5. Click Select agent to choose who you talk to. BENI handles the day to day, BENI BUILDER concentrates the workspace setup, and the agents you create in Settings > AI agents appear in this same list.
6. In Change AI model, choose which model answers. The list has a search box and comes grouped by provider, and the Default model option hands the choice back to the platform.
7. The control beside it sets the message mode. In Default, Beni queries and changes data directly; in Planning, it first presents what it intends to do. The Tab key switches between the two.
8. Write your request in the message field and press Enter to send.
9. Beni queries the workspace data and answers in the conversation, showing the tools it ran to reach the result.
10. For a request that changes data, click Default to switch to Planning before sending.
11. Beni presents the proposal and changes nothing until you confirm.
12. Go back to Default and repeat the request for Beni to run it.
13. The task is created and Beni returns its data, with the link to open it.
14. The conversations are kept in the list on the left, grouped by period. Use New chat to start from scratch and Search to find a previous conversation again.
