Schedule Coaching Appointment DU Success Hub
1. To schedule an appointment with a Student Success Coach, go to DU Success Hub. You can always find the link by using the search bar in My4D. A new browser window will appear after clicking the success hub button.
2. Click the Log in button on the top right corner
3. Click on Schedule Appointment
4. Under the 'Success Team' drop down menu, click on Student Success Coach
5. Under the 'Advisor' drop down menu, click 'Show me all available time slots' or select the individual coach you would like to book with
6. Under 'Topic or Subtopic,' select which appointment fits your student type.
There are three options. 1) Undergraduate Coaching Appt. 2) Undergraduate Path Forward Appt. 3) Graduate Student Coaching Appt.
7. You do not have to select a specific Start Date and End Date. Click "Check Availability" to see all available time slots.
8. We can see there are time slots available with options for In Person or Virtual appointments. Click the Next button to continue scheduling.
9. Choose your preferred day you would like an appointment
10. You can scroll down to see more coaches and available appointment times
11. Choose the time that works for you
12. Choose In-Person or Virtual. Sometimes there will be options for in-person only or virtual only or both.
13. Click on Next
14. The details of the pending appointment are shown. Optionally, add a note for the advisor in the Additional Information field.
15. Click on Confirm
16. One day in advance, you will see the appointment on the Appointments tab in DU Success Hub. You will not see the location or Zoom link here, only in your email.
