How do I download a source or proxy file?

  1. 1. Click on DASHBOARD

  3. 3. You will see a dropdown menu with download options in the Asset Details tab. To download a source file, select Asset Source via Aspera. As for the HQ proxy version of the file – this can be downloaded using either Aspera Connect or your browser

  4. 4. You can track your In-App Downloads. Click on DASHBOARD and select Reports
