Select the meeting you wish to view

There are multiple ways to view the agenda and packet to best suit your needs. The agenda will appear in the main viewport. "Agenda" shows only the agenda outline, while click "Agenda Packet" shows the agenda outline plus the corresponding materials. You are also able to download the materials to your device.

Viewing the Agenda and Agenda Packet

Both the Agenda and Agenda Packet can be downloaded to your device in PDF or Plain Text format.

Click the document if you wish to download

Click on Agenda Packet-PDF

In the Agenda Packet, you will notice cover pages proceeding Unfinished Business and New Business items. This cover page includes information found in the Agenda including the item title, presenter, account number (if applicable to a budgeted item), narrative, and recommendation. Additionally, this cover page serves to separate documents while providing the relevant information while scrolling through the agenda packet.

New Feature: Agenda Packet Cover Pages

If viewing the Agenda Packet in the viewport, click the toggle sidebar button to view bookmarked items.

To view bookmarked items in the viewport, click on Toggle Sidebar

Next, Click on Document Outline

The Agenda Packet is bookmarked corresponding to the Agenda outline.

Click the section you wish to view

This will take you directly to the agenda packet item you have selected. Unfinished and New Business will begin with the cover page.

Click on the item you wish to view.

This method allows the viewer to open individual items in a new browser tab.

If you wish to view documents individually, click on Meeting Overview

The Item Report is included for reference.

Click on the item you wish to view

Clicking an item will open the document in a new browser tab.

Click on the item you wish to view. 

The link to the meeting can be shared from this portal.
