To locate the error when an invoice has failed to integrate to Xero, it is likely that you will be looking from the Batch or Process screen. 

The information is the same for either, so this guide will show the information via a Batch. 

Select the relevant batch from your list. 

If the invoice has failed to integrate you will see a cross in the integration column. Click on this cross to find out what the error is. 

<p>This will open the Payable Invoice Integration Log and in the details section below, the error will be displayed once you click on the line of the record that has Fail against it in the Result column. </p>

Once you click on the Failed line, the details will be displayed below. 

Click on Close to leave this view and you can then make any changes required. 

You can also view the error by opening up the invoice separately by double clicking on it. 

From this view you can click on the Integration tab. 

You will see the same format as above, where you can click on the failed line to view the error immediately below.
