Find policy to policy citations using the 'Cites policy from source' filter (trials)

1. 1. From the 'Discover' menu, click 'Search policy documents and grey literature.'

   

2. 2. You will be taken to the 'Policy Documents' search page

   

3. 3. Scroll through the list of filters on the left until you find 'Cites policy from source'

   

4. 1. 4. A. Click on 'Cites policy from source' filter to expand.

   2. 4. B. Click on 'See more' to search for your policy organisation.

   

5. 5. In the filter, enter the name of your policy organisation into the search box

   

6. 6. Select the relevant organisation by checking the box next to the name. Click 'Apply filter' to launch the search.

   

7. 7. Your results will reflect policy documents that cite publications indexed in Overton from your organisation (policy-to-policy citation).

   

8. 8. Each result includes the name of the citing policy document, the policy source and a snippet of context to indicate where the citation of your publication was found.

   

9. 9. Use filters to narrow down results.

   

10. 10. Use the action bar to save a search, generate a summary report, export* or explore further

    *exports are not available for individual 14 day trials
