Generate New Item Import Files For Lightspeed

<ul><li>In order to use this tool a matrix has to exist and you will end up attaching the new items to an existing matrix.</li><li>If you don't already have a matrix in which to attach the new items, create an empty matrix in Lightspeed.</li><li>Make sure you select the correct Matrix Type / Attributes.</li><li>You do not need to fill in any attributes such as colors, sizes, colors since that will be done during the import process.</li></ul>

Create a matrix if it doesn't yet exist

Fill out the form for the existing matrix, style number, color code(s) and any width(s) you want to *exclude*.

Review the data and if it looks good, click the "Download the .csv file" button and save the file to your computer.

Click on "Go to Lightspeed Import" to open the Lightspeed import function.

Click on the "New Import" button

Choose the file you just saved in your computer.

Select "Create new items only".

Click on Review import

The Review Import screen should confirm that new items are about to be created. Click the "Import items" button to execute.
