Removing users from a subscriber group

  1. 1. To remove users from a subscriber group, navigate to the "Subscriber Groups" option under the "Email Subscribers" module in HQi's menu.

  2. 2. Click on Subscriber Groups

  3. 3. Choose the Subscriber Group you would like to modify and tap "Subscribers" on the right side of such group.

  4. 4. You will then see the group's current list of subscribers. Highlight the subscribers you would like to remove by marking the checkbox to the left of their name.

  5. 5. After making your selections, hit the “Unsubscribe” button from the drop down button and the subscribers will be deleted from the group.
