When you click on "View", the Faculty Notification Letter (FNL) will open up.

The FNL is a little different from the Notice of Approved Accommodations that you are used to. Here's a sample.

First, you will see information and links to the state and federal laws we subscribe to.

Then, information about the specific SAS student.

Accommodations are then listed by category:

  1. Alterative Testing

  2. Alternative Text and Media

  3. Assistive Technology

  4. Communication Access (sign language interpreters, CART services, Video captioning)

  5. Course Access

  6. Peer Notetaking

The accommodations the student is eligible for will be listed under each of the categories.

Faculty members must begin implementing accommodations into the course upon receipt of this Faculty Notification Letter via email.

When you click on "View", the Faculty Notification Letter (FNL) will open up.
